Frequently asked questions
How do I set up and start using the Malouf S755 Smart Adjustable Bed Base for the first time?
The base supports placing it on a bed foundation, platform, slat frame, or on the floor. Use the backlit remote to adjust positions, or use Siri voice commands if you prefer smart control. Program your favorite positions into the remote for quick access.
What features should I care about on the Malouf S755 Smart Adjustable Bed Base for daily comfort?
Key features include seven preset positions plus six programmable positions, specialized lumbar support, ReachAssist to stay near your nightstand, underbed lights, a child-lock, and side charging ports for convenience.
Who would benefit most from this adjustable bed base and who might not need it?
It suits sleepers who want customized support and easy position changes for reading, TV, or sleep. It also helps those who value integrated controls, nightstand proximity, and optional massage. If you don’t need adjustable positions or lumbar support, a simpler base may fit better.
How does ReachAssist technology help with daily use?
ReachAssist keeps the bed aligned near your nightstand as you adjust positions, making it easier to reach items on your nightstand without moving the base.
Can this base be a good gift for someone, and what would they need to know?
It’s suitable for someone who enjoys customized comfort with programmable positions, remote or voice control, and practical features like underbed lighting and charging ports. Ensure they have compatible bed foundations or frames and appreciate adjustable comfort.
